It is often said that the Internet is open to the world.But
I found it is not always true.I have some web pages.The other day I tried
to browse my web pages on a PC in UCI(University of California ,Irvine).But
I couldn't.Because my web pages were written in Japanese and UCI's PC could
not express Japanese letters.I think the Japanese Internet is not open
to the world .We Japanese ,I think,should have not only Japanese web pages
but also English web pages.It is also for Japanese readers in foreign countries.
